This report lays out performance against the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 3rd quarter period of 2014/15 financial year, i.e. 01 January to March 31, 2015. Performance is accounted based on the delivery of projects and/or services in the IDP and SDBIP for which the Mangaung Council is responsible. The Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for 2014/15 identifies 290 perfor-mance measures with key projects and/or services that need to be implemented during the financial year.
