In terms of Chapter 5 of Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), a municipal council is expected to annually review their IDP in accordance with an assessment of its performance measures and to the extent that changing circumstances so demands, the municipality may also amend its IDP in accordance with a prescribed process.

Notice is hereby given that the Draft Integrated Development Plan 2016/17, MTREF BUDGET 2016/17/18 and Budget Related Policies for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality served in the council meeting of Thursday, 31 March 2016 and were noted in the subsequent council meeting of 07 April 2016. All interested parties and local communities are invited and urged to submit written comments regarding the Draft Integrated Development Plan 2016/17, the MTREF Budget 2016/17/18 and Budget Related Policies within the period of 21 days starting on Friday the 08^th of April 2016 ending on or before 04^th of May 2016 and can be submitted to Mr Sabata Taje at Sabata.taje@mangaung.co.za and Mr Lebohang Pita at Lebohang.pita@mangaung.co.za or hand deliver to Room 213b, Bram Fischer Building. The documents will be available are available at the following place:

• Bloemfontein: Room 213b, Bram Fischer Building, Bainsvlei Library (Langenhoven Park), BP Leinaeng Library (Phahameng), Fichardt Park Library (Fichardt Park), Mangaung Library (Rockland), Trevor Barlow Library (Heidedal);
• Botshabelo: Botshabelo Library and Municipal Office in Section U;
• Thaba Nchu: Selosesha Library and Mmabana Cultural Centre in town,
