Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53 (3) (a) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) that the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality’s Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2018/2019 financial year was approved by the Executive Mayor of Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality and is available on the link below:
This report is a Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (MMM) for 2018/19 financial year. This plan is informed by MMM’s Integrated Development Plan (IDP) 2018/19 and the Medium Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework (MTREF) budget. Both the reviewed IDP for 2018/19 financial year and 2018/19 to 2020/21 MTREF budget have been tabled to the Council and approved on the 31st of May 2018.
