With the 2019 National General Elections just months away, Mangaung Metro Speaker of Council Mxolisi Siyonzana hosted a Provincial Stakeholders Forum meeting on Tuesday, 2nd October to engage on a strategy to distribute uncollected identity documents (IDs) in the province.
