Public Notice: City Concludes TID Rollover Process

Mangaung Melropolitan Municipality would like to thank residents that participated in the Token Identity Rollover upgrading of prepaid water meters.

The City would like to advise those who need to upgrade the vending system on their prepaid water meters, they must contact the municipality urgently or they would not be able to load any credit tokens and they will not have water available.

Municipal Auditors will be inspecting all prepaid waters meters, with the assistance of MTN/AUS. Auditors will be wearing reflector jackets and will have name tags showing their details. The Project Manager Mr. Sipho Adams may be contacted at 060 505 9939 for more information and support.

Residents are requested to provide the necessary information to complete the audit process and for the City to update its records.
