Public Notice: City to Issue Replacement Tokens to Residents who couldn’t load
Mangaung Metro would like to request residents who bought prepaid water meter Tokens that couldn’t be loaded during the Token Identification rollover process to send the following:
- A copy of the receipts bought- showing the token number, amount, prepaid meter number
- Their contact number
The information should be sent to the City’s WhatsApp number: 065 586 6261
This is part of the verification process and processing of all tokens that couldn’t be loaded during the rollover. Please allow 5 days for the verification process to be finalised from the date of sending all the necessary information.
The due process for the issuing of replacement tokens is 20th December 2024, thereafter no replacement tokens shall be considered.
