DRAFT INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2020/21, AND SECTORAL PLANS, THE MTREF BUDGET 2020/2021 – 2022/23 AND BUDGET RELATED POLICIES

PUBLIC NOTICE

In terms of Chapter 5 of Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), a municipal council is expected to annually review their IDP in accordance with an assessment of its performance measures and to the extent that changing circumstances so demands, the municipality may also amend its IDP in accordance with a prescribed process.

Notice is hereby given that the Draft Integrated Development Plan 2020/21 and its Sectoral Plans, the Draft MTREF Budget 2020/2021 – 2022/23 and Draft Budget Related Policies for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality were noted by the Council on Thursday, May 28th, 2020 and documents are available at the bottom of this page / see all links below for all interested parties and local communities for a period of 30 days, starting from 29th May until close of business on 27th June 2020.

Following the pronouncement of the National State of Disaster and the regulations issued on the municipal processes, i.e. the prohibition of gatherings of no more than 100 people. The community and all stakeholders are encouraged to submit all written comments and enquiries regarding the draft’s documents via email to the following persons:
