Draft Reviewed Integrated Development Plan 2013/2014 and Medium Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework (MTREF) for 2013/2014 – 2015/2016 Period

Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, and Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, that the Draft Reviewed IDP 2013/2014 and the corresponding MTREF covering 2013/2014 – 2015/2016 period for Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality have been completed, tabled in Council on 28 March 2013 and are available for public comments and representations. NOTICE OF 2013/2014 IDP REVIEW AND MEDIUM TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) FOR 2013/2014 – 2015/2016 PERIOD PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETINGS

In terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, notice is hereby given that the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality will be holding their IDP Review and Budget public participation meetings for the 2013/2014 financial year. These sessions will provide a platform for communities and stakeholders to engage the tabled reviewed IDP for 2013/2014, sectoral plans, MTREF for 2013/2014 – 2015/2016 period and the corresponding budget related policies. Residents, communities, stakeholders and interested parties are invited and encouraged to participate in these key planning and decision making processes of the Mangaung Metro, by attending any of public meetings listed below:
