In terms of Chapter 5 of Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), a municipal council is expected to annually review their IDP in accordance with an assessment of its performance measures and to the extent that changing circumstances so demands, the municipality may also amend its IDP in accordance with a prescribed process.
Notice is hereby given that the Integrated Development Plan 2015/16, MTREF BUDGET 2015/16/17 and Budget Related Policies for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality were adopted by the Council (Resolution MMM Item 68 and 69 – 25/06/2015) on Thursday, June 25, 2015 and documents are available from the 06th July 2015 at the following places:
- Bloemfontein: Room 213b, Bram Fischer Building, Bainsvlei Library (Langenhoven Park), BP Leinaeng Library (Phahameng), Fichardt Park Library (Fichardt Park), Mangaung Library (Rockland), Trevor Barlow Library (Heidedal);
- Botshabelo: Botshabelo Library, Main Municipal Building (white house), Municipal Office in Section U;
- Thaba Nchu: Civic Centre-Selosesha, Mmabana Cultural Centre in town.
