Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) Oversight Report 2015/16
According to section 129 (1) (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, (Act no 56 of 2003) and section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal System Act, (Act No 32 of 2000), make public an oversight report within seven (7) days of its adoption.
Notice is hereby given that the 2015/16 Oversight Report of Municipal Public Accounts Committee on the Annual Performance Report for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality was adopted by the Council on 05 April 2017.
The 2015/16 Oversight Report of Municipal Public Accounts Committee on the Annual Performance Reports is available on our municipal website www.mangaung.co.za.
